I’m an experienced digital content producer, digital manager and occasionally a comedy writer. I’m currently working in the learning sector in Instructional Design.

Skills and Experience?
As well as creating training content I have broader skills, such as website ‘product owner’ working with developers and a UX team to drive web and digital platform enhancements. I did this for 4 years at Ordnance Survey, rebranding their digital estate, increasing end user survey scores and improving government perceptions.
People skills:
I’m a team player and blend well with technical product teams and business teams. A breadth of sector experience and some time in the technology industry gives me good starter skills and helpes to deliver content that solves problems and provides a return on the investment involved.
As a senior team member I strongly support mentoring of new talent, helping to onboard and develop graduates and experienced professionals, building a future for the team I work in.
I am also a good communicator and presenter, have delivered training on AI tools, postive psychology and innovation frameworks to bring these topics to life and drive engagement and learning.
